Becky joined the Re:Sourceful team in February of 2006. Her strengths lie in graphic design, developing & planning marketing campaigns, assisting telcos with economic development funding and general marketing strategy.

From 1999-2006, she worked for Northwest Telephone Cooperative Association in Havelock, Iowa. Holding several positions in sales, marketing, management and finally as Chief Operating Officer, Becky worked on many projects including marketing of traditional ILEC products & services, unlicensed wireless broadband, CLEC sales & marketing and new product development. In addition, Ms. Collins was instrumental in securing over $1.5m in economic development funds for area business, housing and academic projects.

Prior to her time at Northwest Telephone, Becky worked for an advertising agency specializing in marketing and product development strategies for independent telephone companies, banks, agriculture and professional businesses. She spent 7 years at a software/hardware reseller, specializing in products, services and training for the printing & publishing industry. After attending Grand View College in Des Moines, Iowa, her first ‘real’ job, and one near and dear to her heart, was as the Composition Manager for a newspaper in Iowa Falls, Iowa.

Becky is married and has two girls. She enjoys reading on cold winter nights, working outside on warm summer days, attending her childrens’ activities and spending time with her family and church-family.

Doug founded Re:Sourceful Communications – a marketing, product development and business cultural development company – in December of 2002. Doug understands that developing the correct work environment is fundamental to success in today’s competitive telecommunications marketplace. He assists companies with a wide range of services, including marketing, product development, public relations, sales training and business cultural change.

Doug has worked for companies in cost and average schedule environments during his 16 years in the Independent telecommunications industry. In the process, he has gained a lot of operational experience that his clients find specifically valuable.

His first job in the telecommunications industry was with Jefferson Telephone in Jefferson, Iowa where he served as the Marketing and Economic Development Director. In that capacity, he recruited telecommunications intensive businesses to the area served by the company, as well marketed the company's products and services.

In 1998, Doug joined Alpine Communications as their Marketing Manager. He later added the customer service management responsibilities to his duties. At Alpine, Doug and his staff handled all the marketing, public relations and sales activities for the company. Additionally, he project managed Alpine's efforts to become its own Internet Service Provider. Doug was also a member of ACG, Alpine's consulting subsidiary, where he did outsource marketing work for other telecommunications companies.

Prior to joining the telecommunications industry, Doug worked for the Spencer Main Street Company and the Spencer Area Association of Business and Industry, in an economic development role. He also sold radio advertising for KICD Stations in Spencer and all around northwest Iowa.

Doug has a BA in Communications Studies from Northwestern College of Orange City, Iowa. He and his wife have two daughters that beyond providing humor to the family offer on-going market research about the needs of our future customers.
